Meet Kassi Gillis, CPA
Hi! I’m Kassi Gillis, a Certified Public Accountant and the owner of KC Gillis CPA LLC. After working in public accounting for several years, I’m excited to now use my experience and expertise to support other business owners in the area. My goal is to help small businesses better understand their finances and improve their accounting processes so they can thrive with clarity and peace of mind.
I started out my career by obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting as well as a Master’s 0f Science in Professional Accounting. Prior to and during college, I also worked in residential and commercial real estate as a licensed salesperson. Since earning my degrees and licenses, I was employed at a national public accounting firm and a multi-national corporation, giving me a well-rounded perspective on what both large and small businesses need to thrive.
When I'm not busy working in QuickBooks or Excel files, I enjoy playing with my children outside, baking up sweet treats in the kitchen, reading historical non-fiction books, and exploring the coffee shops and libraries in nearby communities.
